Sadly i could not for the life of me find a paypal option even though it is mentioned as the default payment option.
We had to cancel the PayPal option for SMIC several months ago; we had no choice because we had problem after problem from PayPal that were driving our members crazy. Yes, there was a mention of PayPal on the signup page; we have just removed that to avoid future confusion. Sorry for any confusion.
